After the Heart of the Continent Partnership’s meeting in July at Grand Portage National Monument, participants headed down to Grand Marais to compete in the city’s annual Dragon Boat festival. The HOCP team won 1st place in the “Friends & Family” class and had a great time working together. The event was also a great way to spread the word about the Partnership.
