The Heart of the Continent Partnership will meet in Ely, Minnesota, USA on October 22-23. The meeting will feature a presentation by Rose Berens, Director / Tribal Historic Preservation Officer of Bois Forte Heritage Center, a slideshow and celebration of last summer’s Canoe the Heart expedition, and a business meeting to discuss HOCP plans for 2010 and beyond. The meeting is open to all interested individuals and organizations.

Camp du Nord
We have arranged for Meeting Space, Sleeping Cabins, and Meals (dinner, breakfast, and lunch) at Camp du Nord.
You will need a sleeping bag or linen, pillow and towel. Bring a swim suit if you wish to sauna!

Cabins and Meeting Room are in the “Pine Pointe Village” on the eastern side.
The Dining Hall is in the “Northland Village” with parking just past it to the north of the dirt road. The dining hall is about a 17 minute hike from Morning Glory.
